Dallas Data Center
Location: Dallas, Texas USA
Our Dallas location is hosted in the INFORMAT, which is a large telecom carrier hotel that has over 35 carriers on-site, it is also the
largest Internet hub in the southern United States. The building sits atop three redundant electrical grids from TXU
delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building. HVAC needs are supplied via five one hundred ton on-site water chillers
to deliver N+1 cooling requirements. Home to over twelve switch sites and thirty-five different carriers, INFOMART houses technology
and telecom related businesses in a complex communications ecosystem.
The data center offers complete redundancy in power, HVAC, network connectivity, and security.
The data center facility is serviced through multiple power grids, with full UPS battery backup power and diesel
generators on-site. Our network is supplied by several separate networks including, Internap, Level(3), SAVVIS, VERIO/NTT, AboveNet, and
Global Crossing.
Why Dallas?
Dallas is centrally located, it is also the largest Internet hub in the southern United States, so when you are hosted at this location
you can offer your clients good pings from coast to coast. We are also a multi-homed provider (with bandwidth from Internap,
Level(3), SAVVIS, VERIO/NTT, AboveNet, and Global Crossing) that uses Internap's FCP (Flow Control Platform), a solution that moves routes
to the path that offers the greatest performance, so you will always receive the lowest latency possible.
